Bistro de l’Abbaye
The vaulted cellar in which the “Bistro de l’Abbaye” is located dates from the 17th century. It could have served as lodging for the miller or the baker who, in Modern Times, were lay workers. It was also used to store wine! An ideal setting to taste the various beers of the abbey : V, IX, Lumineuse and Ténébreuse – to the refreshing sound of the river flowing under the feet of the thirsty guests…
